Being CE-5 ambassadors, we want to go into more depth on this project and profound effect it has on all of us.

CSETI was founded by Dr. Steven Greer (a retired emergency department physician). Through the CE 5 ambassador program, many have communicated with ETI(s). Searching his name will you will find many articles, documentaries, and movies on UFOs, ETI and the CE 5 Ambassador Program.

Definition: CE-5 is a term describing a fifth category of close encounters with Extraterrestrial Intelligence (ETI), characterized by mutual, bilateral communication rather than unilateral contact.

The CE-5 Initiative has as its central focus bilateral ETI-human communication based on mutual respect and universal principles of exchange and contact.

CE types 1-4 are essentially passive, reactive and ETI initiated.
A CE-5 is distinguished from these by conscious, voluntary and proactive human initiated or cooperative contacts with ETI.

Evidence exists indicating that CE-5s have successfully occurred in the past, and the inevitable maturing of the human/ETI relationship requires greater research and outreach efforts into this possibility.

While ultimate control of such contact and exchange will (and probably should) remain with the technologically more advanced intelligent life forms (i.e., ETI), this does not lessen the importance of conscientious, voluntary human initiatives, contact and follow-up to conventional CE types 1-4.

CSETI is the only worldwide effort to concentrate on putting trained teams of investigators into the field where 1) active waves of UFO activity are occurring, or 2) in an attempt to vector UFOs into a specific area for the purposes of initiating communication.

Contact protocols include the use of light, sound, and thought. Thought - specifically consciousness - is the primary mode of initiating contact.

The terms UFO and UAP have different meanings. UFO (unidentified flying object) are ETIl craft. UAP (unidentified aerial phenomena) includes atmospheric and other objects that are unidentified, such as abnormal weather patterns, or man made (military advanced technology).

ETIs are benevolent beings. There are those who want to instill fear and panic, to portray them as malevolent, only intent is to destroy mankind. Many films since the early fifties to the present, aliens came to conquer man. Films are used to further promote fear and panic by covert organizations.

This is very possible as corporations such as Lougheed Skunkworks have used reverse technology to build craft that look and mimic UFOs. It is believed that with the technology a staged alien attack will occur.

When did sightings start increasing? After the first atomic test. and Roswell. President Truman's created Majestic, CIA, NSA, and others to investigate UFOs. Little did he know these groups evolved into highly secretive organizations in many countries, independent and not answerable to the laws and citizens. For example, billions of dollars have been pilfered from the USA government annually.

We should all fear the multi-national corporations who are a front to these illegal activities, ensuring the world is wholly dependent on fossil fuels, drugs, and food production. They are motivated by two things, money and dominance of the world. Today, there are more billionaires that have ever existed in the history of mankind who profit from the corporations. How far will they go for dominance? Their illegal activities include "liquidation of subjects" who came too close to the truth; control of our minds through the media and other means.

The increased sightings and ETIs becoming are more visible is their concern man's use of nuclear weapons. Man has the potential to destroy other civilizations by using nuclear weapons that affect the known universe and other dimensions. There are more than one ETI species on this planet whose common goal may be to intervene and prevent a nuclear disaster.

Are ETIs malevolent? Think about it, civilizations, that are thousands of years more advanced than us, are here to destroy everything, take all resources, and annihilate us to leave earth as a barren chunk of rock? It is implausible.

Earth is akin to a zoo and greenhouse, many civilizations have brought plant and life forms here. An example of a alien species is the octopus whose DNA is not the same as all other creatures on earth.

We are essentially caretakers. But we have destroyed thousands of life forms and plants. This destruction has greatly accelerated in the past 150 years since the industrial revolution and our total reliance on fossil fuels.

This destruction will bring mankind's' existence to an end if no action is taken.

There are many theories on how UFOs are powered and able to perform maneuvers that would kill a person, such as turn or accelerate from zero to thousands of kilometres instantly. A UFO does not use some type of jet propulsion.

The are many theories on the use of anti-gravity and propulsion, technologies that are thousands of years more advanced than our current technology.

One example is a "Star Trek" warp drive to transverse vast distances in space. This method does not explain how a UFO can make a 90 degree turn in a split second, or accelerate from zero to thousands of kilometres per hour in a few seconds. Any being would be killed.

Another example is UFOs travel inter-dimensionally to transverse the universe. When sightings are photographed or videoed, the UFO appears to be blurry or can suddenly disappear.

There is an aura around the craft, an energy shield that keeps the craft in three dimensions enabling instant 90 degree turns and accelerate to thousands of kilometres per hour in a few seconds, not killing the beings in the craft.

When the craft is fully within our dimension, it uses propulsion and anti-gravity technologies to maneuver in the atmosphere and is visible. For the craft to suddenly disappear, it shifts into another dimension or simply changes color that we cannot see.

ETIs allow visual observance of their craft to make us aware of their presence.

UFO (UAP) sightings and contact by extraterrestrials are real, not fiction. Many of us are fortunate enough to have observed UFOs.

You will find throughout the website extraterrestrials are referred to as ETIs (extraterrestrial intelligence).

Thousands of UFO sightings are reported by the public, government, and the military each year. The sightings have greatly increased since the first nuclear weapon test in 1945.

With the advent of technology, many people are inclined to report sightings with recordings of the object as proof. Sightings are from citizens, professionals, pilots, military and government officials.

With the advancement of digital electronics, thousands more are observing and recording their sightings. It has is become the norm for groups of persons, some numbering in the hundreds, seeing and recording the object observed.

The evidence and undeniably proof is there. The recent disclosures by military and governments around the world has shown UFOs exist and are real. In many countries governments were forced to disclose the documentation and information on UFOs.

There are many, such as academics, scientists, government officials, and military who still deny the existence of UFOs, ignoring all evidence. With the disclosure hearings in the United States and other countries, they continue to deny evidence presented.
Sightings have dramatically increased over the past 80 years, since the detonation of the first nuclear weapon and the continued testing of these weapons.

Our galactic neighbours are very concerned with the proliferation of nuclear weapons.

UFOs are commonly sighted over nuclear storage sites, power plants, and military bases. We are being observed in a not hostile way.

All civilizations are interconnected throughout the multi-universe and the space-time continuum. Each detonation has a profound negative impact on all of us.
